- ADC & HAS has been the operator of the existing Quito Mariscal Sucre International Airport since 2002 and will be the operator of the New Quito International Airport (NQIA) opening in 2010
- In 2010, the airport handled 4.7 million passengers, 78,000 aircraft movements, and 140,000 tons of cargo traffic
- Airport was ICAO certified for the first time for any airport in Ecuador in July, 2006
- ADC and HASDC together participate as a 32% equity shareholder of the consortium that was awarded a 35-year concession to privately finance, design, construct and operate the US $600 million green field development of the new Quito Airport

SAN JOSE AIRPORT, COSTA RICA
- In 2010, the airport handled 3.5 million passengers
- July 1st, 2009, ADC & HAS, as equal partner together with Andrade Gutierrez Concessões, has assumed responsibility of the concession for the expansion, management and operations of the Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose, Costa Rica
- ADC & HAS will provide operational expertise via an Operations and Management contract for the life of the contract, which expires in 2026
LIBERIA AIRPORT, COSTA RICA
- In 2010, the airport handled 450,000 passengers
- ADC & HAS is part of the Coriport consortium that was awarded the concession to design, finance, construct and operate the new international terminal building and its associated facilities, as well as approximately 70,000 m 2 of airport land currently occupied by the existing terminal and associated facilities
- ADC & HAS is a 45% equity stake-holder, and will be the airport operator via an Operations and Management contract with Coriport, the Concession company.
- The new terminal building will handle all of Liberia’s International and Domestic passenger traffic. Construction will start April 1st, 2010 and is scheduled to open in Q4 2011.
